You will receive your e-Gift Card via the email address provided at the time of purchase at checkout. If the e-Gift Card is purchased as a gift for a friend or loved one, please forward the e-Gift Card email to the intended recipient.
TERMS OF USE FOR GIFT CARDS
Your use of this digital e-gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms:
- Treat this e-gift card like cash. It will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or if in the event e-gift card usage is misappropriated. This card is redeemable for merchandise only. May only be redeemed for purchase exclusively on-site (www.skinandcoroma.com). Valid for two years from the date of purchase.
- Redeemable exclusively on-site (www.skinandcoroma.com) for merchandise not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card. For gift card balance, terms, and expiration date, contact customer service at info@skinandcoroma.com. This e-gift card is the property of the issuer or intended recipient.
At SKIN&CO, returns are easy and come with a 30-day Satisfaction Guaranteed. We stand by the quality and standards in which we craft our products, but we understand that sometimes products arrive DOA (damaged on arrival) or there are extenuating circumstances. In these cases, we recommend customers submit their requests to info@skinandco.com for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If a request is received past our 30-day guarantee, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
