Subscription Program Terms and Conditions

SKIN&CO SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Billing
You will be charged the day your Skin&Co Subscription ships. For many participating products, the charge will be the price of the product less 10, 15 or
20%, plus state sales tax. Percentage savings, where applicable, are displayed on the product detail pages of all participating products.
Skin&Co collects sales tax in all states. An estimated sales tax will appear in your cart, your actual sales tax will be in your order confirmation email as well as on the packing slip included in your shipment. Skin&Co Subscription orders do not qualify for promotions and gift with purchase offers that are not specific to the subscription program.

Subscription Changes or Cancellations
When you sign up for our subscription program you agree you agree to pay for two subscriptions before being able to cancel. After that mandatory billing period, If you would like to change your subscription's delivery schedule, simply log in to your account and click "Manage your subscription." You may change or cancel the scheduled delivery up until the day prior to the next shipment date. For any person(s) living in the state of California, the two mandatory subscription charges do not apply and they may cancel at any time. 

Returns
We hope you enjoy your subscription products. However, if you change your mind and want to return a shipment and cancel your membership in the program, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the shipment you wish to return, provided all products in the kit are unopened and unused. Simply return the unopened product within the 30-day return period, and you will receive a full refund on that shipment (excluding shipping and handling). You will need to ensure that you cancel your membership in the Skin&Co Subscription program if you do not wish to receive any future shipments.
To return your product, you must email your request to info@skinandcoroma.com, along with reason for return, and image(s) of the product(s) for approval. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to delivered to you may vary. We do not make guarantees that we will have received your returned item(s), and we are not liable if your returned item(s) are mishandled and/or missing.
