I've been using the toner and love it but also developed a red itchy neck around about the same time and was uncertain if it's from the toner or possibly my hair dye has there been any other reports of red itchy neck?

This is the mildest toner I have ever used. Are you using the toner on your neck too? Also hair dyes are notorious for rashes. I would def patch test the dye on your arm and see if it happens again.

Hi, I was wondering whether the Truffle Therapy Face Toner could possibly cause breakouts. I noticed that since I started using this toner I am getting some red spots/pimples everywhere on my face. Do you know whether this could be side effect, purging or something else?
