Creamy cream

This eye concentrate is so creamy and actually stays where you apply it. My eye area feels softer, brighter and firmer. My eyes are NOT irritated by this product. The "How To Use IT " instructions also state that you can also apply around lips to redefine contours and diminish the look of smile lines". I did this and definitely have noticed a positive difference.
