Yes, our products are vegan & PETA certified. We proudly slowcraft our skincare and body care in Umbria, Italy under strict standards compliant with EU Regulations to responsibly source ingredients and formulate products with integrity. We do not formulate with animal by-products or test ingredients and formulas on animals.
We create our products with fresh ingredients sourced from our farms in Italy & farming cooperatives throughout Europe to create formulas that are natural, paraben & phthalate-free, and free of allergens and fillers. However, we always recommend you consult with your physician during your pregnancy prior to incorporating new items into your routine. You can also conduct a patch test on soft spots on your body, such as the skin behind your ears, the crook of your arm that bends at the elbow, or the underside of your wrist. Monitor for any negative reactions and discontinue use if you experience burning, itching, hives, or rashes.

Our products are formulated for skin types! However, if you have any underlying skin conditions and under the care of a dermatologist, we recommend that you consult with your dermatologist before adding new products to your skincare routine to ensure it does not counteract with any prescriptions you may be using.
You can store SKIN&CO products that are unused and unopened for up to 24 months. There are also "Period After Opening" (PAO) symbols that looks like an open jar on all SKIN&CO products, accompanied by a number. This symbolizes how long you may safely use a product once you've opened or broken the seal of a product. Typically you can use a product for 6-12 months after opening.
We use Aloe Vera in select SKIN&CO products as a water alternative and natural humectant to draw moisture into the skin. It is important to us that we conserve water usage whenever we can throughout our manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after payment has been processed. With the exception of sales and holidays, shipment processing may take up to 5-7 business days to allow processing high volume orders.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. In some instances, taxes and duties are applied in some countries and handled by the recipient once they've received their order. Make sure to check for estimated costs of taxes and duties before checking out. It depends on where you are located. Hours of operation are between Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders are processed within 24-72 hours from receiving payment authorization, and will take an additional 1-3 business days for standard shipping & delivery within the United States. If you are located in a US territory, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery.
International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Returns & Exchanges
At SKIN&CO, returns are easy and come with a We stand by the quality and standards in which we craft our products, and offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guaranteed. However, we understand that sometimes products arrive DOA (damaged on arrival) or there are extenuating circumstances. In these cases, we recommend customers submit their requests to firstname.lastname@example.org for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If a request is received past our 30-day guarantee, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, if you have purchased or received products from one of our retailer or beauty subscription partners, you will need to contact their customer service team to assist you with damaged items, as they will have a record of your purchase. We do not have access or records of our partners transactions or their protocols for handling returns and damages and will not have the necessary information to assist with queries of this nature.
